Do you ever find that you have posture problems caused by playing with your neck at an angle to allow for your G and C pegs?

Posture Pegs may be the answer for you

Keypegs really do make life better for cellists, helping to alleviate posture problems.

If you're an active cellist, you'll understand the significance of Keypeg for hundreds of cellist across the world. Replacing peg handles with a removable key has helped cellists move more easily, decreased tension and fatigue, and has greatly improved the quality and comfort of the cellist's overall playing experience.

Keypegs are low profile, elegant, and easy to use. They require fitting by a luthier, however no alteration is made to the cello or scroll itself. Your original pegs can be replaced as easily as fitting a string. Keypegs are purchased as a set of a G and C peg, plus two keys. We would recommend keeping one key on your keyring and another with your instrument.

To tune your cello, all you need to do is insert the key into the peg. The key is large which gives better leverage and makes tuning easier.

Keypegs are made from African blackwood with a steel inner sleeve. The peg needs to be shaved down to fit the cello's existing peg holes. The key is a sturdy molded grip, with steel tool and keyring. The pegs are available in African Blackwood and one size only. Each pack contains two pegs, two keys, and fitting instructions.
